PART-TIME/Bi-Vocational POSITION

Fellowship Baptist Church in Bluff City, TN is seeking a bi-vocational Music Minister to plan and direct all aspects of the church’s music ministry.

Responsibilities will include:

· Directing music in morning, evening and special worship services

· Selecting hymns and songs for all church services

· Planning and organizing all music programs, rehearsals, etc. for special events (i.e. Christmas, Easter, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:

· Character and lifestyle consistent with biblical teachings

· Excellent interpersonal skills with friendly, outgoing demeanor

· Proficiency with audio, video, lighting, etc.

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong musical ability to effectively lead in worship vocally and/or instrumentally

· Interest and experience in both contemporary and traditional worship styles

· Willingness to work with children’s choir

· Ability to plan/organize dramas, church productions, etc.
